Our experience with 1st Choice Movers was excellent from the moment I made the appointment!

I found your company on the internet via a Google search. I called several companies for pricing and information and because you both were so responsive, friendly and helpful over the phone, we chose your company over the 5 others.

I worked with both of you to get information and scheduling of the crew and you were both so very helpful. Ron even made some recommendations to us which we decided to take and are so glad we did!! And every time I spoke with Gail, she was so pleasant even though I know you guys were always very busy.

Our team of movers led by Pete, we all so friendly, hard working and just downright pleasant. I want to call out special attention to Pete and Salvadore. The entire crew worked hard, but these guys went above and beyond! They always had a smile on their face and was courteous to everyone in our family. At the end of the LONG day, they left and immediately returned because they remembered an outside door that did not get put back on the hinges/frame and they returned to put it back on!

All of our furnishings were handled carefully and absolutely nothing was broken or damaged during the move.

And in addition to all of this, your pricing was very competitive!

We would highly recommend your company to any one looking to move, including friends and family. My husband is a real estate agent and we will gladly recommend your company to his clients. Neither my husband nor I were looking forward to the morning these trucking movers would transport our belongings until we were introduced to Pete and Mark from 1st Choice Movers!!

These two men moved so synchronously----sharing their pleasantries with each other and with both Jer and I as they moved without pause even though I pleaded that they 'please take a break'.

Caring, hard working, non smoking, so very reasonably priced, you couldn't ask for anything more.
The fact is: when Pete showed me the expenditures, I could not believe my watery, thankful eyes!

I'd hire them again in a non pausing minute!! The Greatest Guys Ever!!

For the wonderful card...You are the only moving company that 1) sends thank you notes 2) deliver boxes 3) have very hard working movers that look out for the customer.  This last move...I expected almost double of what it actually cost.  Your movers are awesome.  IF I ever move again, I will definitely be in touch...I so appreciate you and I will advise my friends of your fantastic services.  Your prices are right on, your friendliness, your thank you cards, your boxes delivered.  Are way, way above the norm...trust me I know.  I've moved way too many times...in fact in the past 6 years, I've moved 7 times.  I say no more...but move is in my blood...so who knows.

To whom it may concerned, in the last three years I moved three times.  The first two moves were by the same company and the second time they moved me was worse than the first move.  Each time they damaged some of my furniture.  The moves were very expensive and aggravating.  This time I searched the internet for movers. Seven companies responded to my search including the company who moved me before.  I recieved an email from 1st Choice Movers explaining their operation.  I contacted 1st Choice Movers and we talked about my previous moving experience.  I was told that those type of things would not happen with his crews.

1st Choice Movers arrived at my home, wrapped and protected our furnishings, then moved them to our new place in the very same neighborhood we had previously moved from.  1st Choice Movers moved he same furniture, the same distance in 1/3 the time.  1st Choice Movers did the move for 1/3 the price of the previous company and they did it without damaging any of my furnishings.

1st Choice Movers is an honest, organized and very professional moving service.  I would highly recommend this company.  I answered most of the seven responses from other companies, 1st Choice Movers was the only company that took the time to answer my questions about my concerns.

My sister, Jane Norlander recently hired your firm to help us in the moving of our mother, Dottie Norlander to her new town home in Waconia.  Jane had told me about how easy you made the move of the Stifel Nicolas offices in Wayzata.  She said your staff was fast, courteous and professional and that the move seemed "to flow" and office procedures went uninterrupted.  I was hoping we would enjoy the same efficiency with the move of our mom.  WOW!!!  Your staff was impressive!!!  They not only were able to handle getting our mom's belongings loaded and delivered in a timely fashion, but they were to nice to work with and talk to.  I wish we would have mom even more organized.  Salvador was able to keep a constant flow of clothes, furniture, etc. going, keeping Heber and Tony hopping.  Heber had mom's bed together in no time and moved onto the guest room bed without any direction, not to mention he could carry a lot and made it look easy.  Tony just kept up the fun, talk and banter that makes an unloading job a lot easier and faster!  You've got a great crew with those guys!  They were true professionals.  I will be recommending your company to future "movers" and am thrilled to see that customer satisfaction is number 1 for you.  Thank you for the best moving experience I've ever had.
